Veteran Move: How to Handle ‘Prep Debris’

I’m embarrassed to admit it but, for years I chopped, and I chopped, brushing all the debris into the sink as I went. Each night when the smoke cleared the sink was full of all manner of debris that took a lot of effort to scoop out and shift into our compost bin. Lots of drips, spills and stains on the floor later I saw someone take some Tupperware, slip it into the sink beside the chopping block and voila… problem solved… no fuss, no mess… sigh!

Inexpensive food storage containers, even old takeout food containers make dealing with ‘Prep debris’ easy
